Service · CRM & Email Automation

The second purchase costs no acquisition. If you know whom to ask.

Repeat business lifts margin in the retail model by 12 points, hotels with a CRM reach around 60 % repeat guests instead of 10-15 %. The difference is not budget, it is a system: your own data, a reason to come back, and the right moment.

The problem

Customer data sits with the booking portal, the course platform, the POS system - everywhere except in one place. The newsletter goes to everyone or to no one. Who comes back when is known to gut feeling, not to the system.

What we build

Your own customer data

Bookings, purchases, participations in one place - from your own system, not from a platform export. The precondition for everything else.

Segments instead of lists

Regular, first-time buyer, drop-out, seasonal guest: groups that need something different get something different.

Automations

After the booking, before the anniversary, after the drop-out - flows that run without anyone thinking of them. With consent, GDPR-clean.

Measuring repeat business

Share of returning customers, revenue per existing customer, time to second purchase - in your dashboard.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Find the data

Where do customers live today, what may you do with them? Consents, sources, gaps.

  2. 02

    Build the flows

The three moments that matter in your business - not twenty emails. Copy, timing, trigger.

  3. 03

    Measure and sharpen

What brings people back, what does not? Flows stay when the number holds.

What we measure

Repeat rate

Share of customers with a second purchase, booking or course.

Revenue per existing customer

The value created without acquisition.

Time to return

If it gets shorter, the flow works.

Common questions

  • Which CRM tool do you use?
The one that fits your business - often an own system on Supabase when the data already comes from mP Table or mP Academy. Large suites where needed. We do not sell a licence, we build the flow.
  • Is email automation GDPR-compliant?
Yes, if consent, purpose and unsubscribe are clean and the data lives with you. We build that as architecture, not as a checkbox.
  • How many emails are too many?
Every one that brings nothing concrete. Three flows with a reason beat a monthly newsletter without one. We measure unsubscribes as closely as opens.
  • Is it worth it with few customers?
Especially then - with 200 regulars every single one is revenue. The system is small, the flows are few, the effect per customer is largest.

Where do you stand?

The analyzer shows whether your bookings or courses run through a platform - and thus where your customer data lives today. The rest we think through together.
