Service · Analytics & Dashboard

You can only steer what you see. One number. Not forty.

Google Analytics shows sessions. Your business runs on bookings, occupancy, margin. We bring both together: web data, operations data, ad cost - in one dashboard with the number you define. Not us.

The problem

Universal Analytics has been switched off since 1 July 2023, many sites still send to it. GA4 is set up but without goals. The report has forty KPIs and no answer. And the number that really counts - what is left at the end - sits in no tool.

What we build

GA4 with goals

Events that map your business - inquiry, booking, purchase - cleanly via the tag manager, with Consent Mode v2.

Operations data added

Reservations, courses, revenue from your system next to the web data. Only then do you see what visitors bring in the end.

The dashboard

One lead number, two levers, one glance. Built for you, not from a template. Readable on a phone.

Data ownership

The data lives with you - Austria, EU or international, your choice. No reporting subscription that takes the numbers with it when it ends.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Set the number

We ask what matters to you - not what can be measured. What the dashboard shows follows from that.

  2. 02

    Connect the sources

Web, advertising, operations: every source clean, with consent, in one model.

  3. 03

    Build and use

The dashboard stands in weeks, not months. Then: read, decide, adjust.

What we measure

Your lead number

GOPPAR, net margin, conversion, completion rate - by industry the one that counts in the end.

Cost per result

What an inquiry, booking or purchase costs across all channels.

Measurement coverage

Share of events that arrive cleanly - modelled with Consent Mode, simply missing without it.

Common questions

  • I have Google Analytics - is that not enough?
GA4 shows what happens on the site, not what it brings you. Without goals, without operations data and without the one number it is a counter. We turn it into a steering instrument.
  • Am I still sending data to Universal Analytics?
If a UA-… tag sits in the source: yes, into the void - Google switched UA off on 1 July 2023. The analyzer detects that in a minute.
  • Which dashboard tool do you use?
Looker Studio when it suffices; an own dashboard on Supabase when operations data comes in - as with mP Table for kitchen, management and staff. The tool follows the number, not the other way round.
  • What does such a dashboard cost?
That depends on the sources, not on the screen. A web dashboard with GA4 and Ads is small; operations data from three systems is a project. We name the figure after a look at your sources - custom software does not have to cost a fortune.

Next step

Where do you stand?

The analyzer detects whether GA4, tag manager and Consent Mode run on your site - or still an old Universal Analytics. The rest we think through together.
